JCSC withdraws from energy monitoring committee, calls for Paulwell's resignation

KINGSTON, Jamaica -- The Jamaica Civil Society Coalition (JCSC) has withdrawn from the Energy Monitoring Committee (EMC) and has called on Energy Minister Phillip Paulwell to immediately resign over his handling of the bidding process for the construction of a 381megawatt power plant in Jamaica.
