FALMOUTH, Trelawny — Councillor for the Albert Town Division, Lloyd Gillings, is recommending the formation of meat associations in each parish to support all transactions involving slaughtered animals. This, he believes, will complement the proposed Jamaica National Animal Identification and Traceability System (NAITS) programme.
