NWC repairs leave some Mandeville residents without water
MANCHESTER, Jamaica -- The National Water Commission (NWC) on Monday advised that customers on Manchester Road in Mandeville, and all roads leading off, will be without piped water as they carry out "urgent repairs” to a broken 10-inch main.
