Parliament needs to better organise its paperless transformation
PRESIDENT of the Senate Senator Floyd Morris said Friday that Parliament is transforming itself into a paperless environment, and as long as a paper copy of any bill, report or ministry paper is tabled on the clerk to parliament's desk, there is no need for a change to the Standing Orders in that respect.
