KSAC says technical staff decided on drains for cleaning
THE Kingston and St Andrew Corporation has dismissed allegations of victimisation against Jamaica Labour Party (JLP), saying it was the council's technical staff who had determined the critical drains in 29 divisions to be given priority for cleaning.
