Men accused of stealing cell site batteries remanded
Forty-six-year-old Leon Rainford, a taxi driver of a Kingston address, and Mark Francis, 47, labourer of a Spanish Town, St Catherine, were allegedly held on June 6 at a gas station in downtown Kingston with the batteries in a car belonging to Rainford.
