KINGSTON, Jamaica - Executive Director of human rights lobby group, Jamaicans For Justice (JFJ) Kay Osborne said if she was aware of the sexual content that was inserted in a manual used by the organisation in six childrens homes, she would not have accepted the job as executive director.
