Charles appeals for trucking of water in Clarendon
KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Member of Parliament for North Central Clarendon, Pearnel Charles, says that he is appealing to the Ministry of Water, Land, Environment and Climate Change to come the assistance of his constituents who are victims of a serious drought in the parish.
