KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Acting Commissioner of Police, Glenmore Hinds has ordered a probe into an incident that occurred at the Mandeville Regional Hospital early Tuesday, during which 38-year-old Donovan Stewart was fatally shot by a police officer.
