MONTEGO BAY, St James -- Scores of Montego Bay residents, led by Citizens’ Action for Principle and Integrity (CAPI) have been staging a peaceful demonstration in front of the Barnett Street Police Station from as early as 7:00 Tuesday morning over the controversial death of 31-year-old Mario Deane.
