KINGSTON, Jamaica -- National Solid Waste Management Authority (NSWMA) director of operations, Percival Stewart, says the level of crime in the Kingston Metropolitan Region (KMR) is hampering its efforts to extend its garbage removal service into the night, to reduce the backlog.
