Doctor's report says accused arsonist unfit to plead
A man who allegedly set his sister's house on fire and caused damage to two other dwellings, including one belonging to his mother, was yesterday remanded for further psychiatric treatment when he appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court.
