People removed from PATH may appeal to Parish Committees -- Kellier

MONTEGO BAY, Jamaica -- Labour and Social Security Minister, Derrick Kellier, is advising people who feel that they have been unjustly denied access to, or removed from the Programme for Advancement Through Health and Education (PATH), to make a report to the appeals committee in each parish.
