Westmoreland leads increase in the deaths of motorcyclists
KINGSTON, Jamaica -- The Road Safety Unit (RSU) in the Ministry of Transport, Works and Housing is reporting an increase in fatalities among motorcyclists by 28 per cent since January when compared to a similar period in 2013.
