Court could throw out shooting charge against Zeeks' son
KINGSTON, Jamaica – The son of imprisoned Matthews Lane don Donald ‘Zeeks’ Phipps could have the gun-related charges against him dropped when he appears in the High Court Division of the Gun Court on October 1.
