KINGSTON, Jamaica—Co-convenor of Citizens' Action for Principle and Integrity (CAPI) Dennis Meadows says Health Minister Fenton Ferguson’s handling of the chikungunya epidemic is enough for Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller to remove him from the Cabinet.
