SURUC Turkey/BEIRUT (Reuters) - Islamic State insurgents tightened their grip on a Syrian border town on Thursday despite coalition air strikes meant to weaken them, sending thousands more Kurdish refugees into Turkey and dragging Ankara deeper into the conflict.
