Probe launched into shooting of ‘insane’ man at police station
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Inspectorate of Constabulary (IOC) has launched an investigation into the fatal shooting of 36-year-old Ian Nugent on the compound of the Half-Way-Tree Police Station shortly after 6:00 pm Monday.
