US 4-y-o girl takes heroin to day care

SELBYVILLE, Delaware (AP) — A 4-year-old girl mistakenly took hundreds of packets of heroin to her day care centre and began passing it out to classmates, thinking it was candy, Delaware State Police said Tuesday.
