Gov't agencies holding up development approvals, Kingston Deputy Mayor says
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Deputy Mayor of Kingston Andrew Swaby says that the Kingston and St Andrew Corporation (KSAC) has on hold the approval of 60 development applications worth an estimated J$3 billion resulting from extended delays at five government agencies.
