KINGSTON, Jamaica - National Security Minister, Hon. Peter Bunting, says the country’s maritime surveillance capacity, encompassing monitoring of the country’s territorial waters, will have to be ramped up, as part of the Government’s Ebola preparedness and response mechanism.
