THE ST ANN Parish Library and the National Council for Senior Citizens (NCSC) came in for much praise from educator Keisha-Ann Tingle, regional literacy coordinator with the Ministry of Education Region 3, as yet another group of seniors graduated after completing a computer course at the parish library.
