ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica — The motorist involved in the hit-and-run on the Siloah main road in St Elizabeth Wednesday, which claimed the life of 57-year-old Rainford Findlay and injured his six-year-old daughter, has turned himself in to the Santa Cruz police.
