Report: Americas register more than 7 suicides per hour
SOME 65,000 people take their own lives in the Americas each year -- more than 7 per hour -- according to a report released this week by the Pan American Health Organisation (PAHO), the regional office for the Americas of the World Health Organisation (WHO).
