KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Jamaica’s Cannabis Commercial and Medicinal Research Task Force (CCMRT) today hailed voters in US states of Oregon and Alaska and the capital, Washington, DC, who supported sweeping changes to restrictive marijuana laws.
