JDF, JCF and INDECOM members receive Red Cross training certificates

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Twenty members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF), three members of the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) and two members of the Independent Commissions of Investigation (INDECOM) received certificates marking the successful completion of the ‘International Committee of the Red Cross Train the Trainer Course on Use of Force in Law Enforcement Operations’ on Friday.
