KINGSTON, Jamaica — Opposition leader Andrew Holness on Thursday met with the four-member International Monetary Fund (IMF) Review team and two members of his Economic Advisory Council to discuss a number of items within the current IMF Agreement including what he termed a breach of fiscal responsibility in the purchase of the Outameni property by the Government of Jamaica.
