TOKYO, Japan (CMC) – Jamaica’s Foreign Affairs Minister AJ Nicholson Saturday urged support for the legislative move towards the island joining the Trinidad-based Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) and reiterated that the Portia Simpson Miller administration would not support the idea of a referendum on the issue.
