NEW YORK (CMC) – Caribbean American Congresswoman Yvette D Clarke has commended New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio for signing laws that will restrict the city’s cooperation with US federal immigration enforcement authorities in deporting undocumented Caribbean and other immigrants from New York City.
