Japan adjusts aid policy to developing countries including the Caribbean
TOKYO, Japan (CMC) – Japan Monday has said it is reviewing the aspects of its Overseas Development Assistance (ODA) programme for developing countries, including the Caribbean, with emphasis now being placed on development cooperation rather than on assistance.
