Caricom 'heartened' by UN's call for climate financing
LIMA, Peru (CMC) — The 15-member Caribbean Community (Caricom) says it is "heartened" by the call of United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon for development finance to be linked to funding for climate change adaptation and mitigation.
