BRUSSELS, Belgium — Newly appointed Secretary General of the African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) Group of States, Dr Patrick Gomes has said that there are some immediate needs that must be addressed in order to tackle the outbreak of the Ebola virus which has left thousands dead since its outbreak in March 2014.
