Castro hails US-Cuba thaw, but says won't change political system
HAVANA, Cuba (AFP) — Cuban President Raul Castro said Saturday he was ready to discuss any topic with Washington after the historic bilateral rapprochement, but warned not to expect any major political change as a result of the detente.
