Attorney general appeals court decision in favour of lawyers

THE attorney general is now appealing a Supreme Court decision to issue an injunction which prevents lawyers from complying with sections of the Proceeds of Crime Act and other regulations requiring them to establish procedures to detect and report suspected cases of money laundering.
