KINGSTON, Jamaica - The ban imposed by the Jamaica Football Federation's Disciplinary Committee on Jermaine Hue was lifted in accordance with a Supreme Court order made on January 15, 2015. This disclosure was made at a Disciplinary Committee meeting held Today January 17. Hue on the advice of his Attorneys will withdraw both Court actions filed in the Supreme Court against the Jamaica Football Federation on Monday January 19 but the issue regarding the Jamaica Football Federation's liability for the administration of the prohibited substance by its team doctor will be referred to arbitration to be conducted by a mutually agreed arbitrator.
