JCSA wil be 'strong' in wage negotiations with Gov't, says president
SANTA CRUZ, St Elizabeth — Head of the Jamaica Civil Service Association (JCSA) O'Neil Grant says his executive will be strong and very "creative" as it strives for the best deal in wage negotiations with Government, which he expects to be done by end of March.
