KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Coroner’s jury in the inquest of Imran Ferguson ruled on Tuesday, January 13, that a charge of manslaughter by criminal negligence be laid against unnamed persons, after Ferguson was found unconscious in his cell at the Spanish town Lock-up, and later died following what was suspected to have been a brutal beating.
