KINGSTON, Jamaica – Youth and Culture Minister Lisa Hanna has responded to criticisms from Jamaicans who are disgruntled that no Government official was present at the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston, on Monday, when Miss Universe Jamaica Kaci Fennell returned to the island.
