KINGSTON, Jamaica – Jamaica Labour Party caretaker for St Andrew Eastern, Fayval Williams, has lashed out at the Government and the Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) for their response to the death of Marlon King, the physically challenged man who was crushed by a JUTC bus last Thursday.
