Hanover Parish Council to constructdrop-in centre for parish’s homeless
THE Poor Relief Department of the Hanover Parish Council plans to construct a building on the grounds of the offices of its department to house a drop-in centre where daily meals and hygienic care will be made available to homeless persons within the parish.
