KINGSTON, Jamaica - Dr Nigel Clarke who along with Ruel Reid were appointed in 2013 by the Governor General acting on the advice of Leader of the Opposition as Senators is ending his sojourn in the Upper House. Dr Clarke and Reid replaced Arthur Williams and Dr Christopher Tufton, the latter two having signed undated resignation letters. Last week, the Constitutional Court ruled that the resignation letters were null and void.
