Customers to paylowest fuel and IPPrate in 5 years — JPS
THE Jamaica Public Service (JPS) says that customers will, this month, pay the lowest fuel and IPP Rate on electricity bills in five years, as the electricity distribution company passes on lower fuel costs based on decreases in the cost of oil.
