BASSETERRE, St Kitts - Dr Timothy Harris has been sworn in as the third prime minister of St Kitts and Nevis. The swearing in took place today, February 18, at a ceremony held at Government House. Resident Judge Marlene Carter administered the Oath of Allegiance, Office and the Oath of Secrecy, while the Governor General Sir Edmund Lawrence presented the instrument of appointment to Harris.
