Student to be sentenced in relation to lottery scamming
ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica — A student pleaded guilty to knowingly possessing identity information for people living overseas, breaching the Law Reform (Fraudulent Transactions) (Special Provisions Act), when he appeared before the St Elizabeth Circuit Court on Wednesday.
