KINGSTON, Jamaica – The Jamaica Observer’s exclusive print event, Dîner en Blanc is about to begin at the Emancipation Park in St Andrew. Guests to this marquee event were brought to the Park from three different locations in the Corporate Area. The final destination for Dîner en Blanc was kept secret until a short while ago.
