Couple charged in neglect of disabled woman offered bail
ST ANN, Jamaica - The St Ann couple, who received wide condemnation after a disabled woman in their care was found living under a cellar in conditions described as inhumane, was offered bail when they appeared in the St Ann’s Bay Resident Magistrate's court today.
