Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller met with Cuba’s President Raul Castro during their attendance at the Seventh Summit of the Americas in Panama City, Panama over the weekend. According to the Office of the Prime Minister, they discussed issues of mutual interest to Jamaica and Cuba.
