Digicel welcomes St Lucia's call for public consultation on LIME/Flow merger

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Telecommunications company Digicel on Tuesday confirmed its strong support for the announcement by the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (NTRC) of St Lucia of a public consultation process in relation to the merger between Cable and Wireless Communications (LIME) and Columbus Communications Inc (Flow).
