Getting agricultural land for housing will not be easy, Kellier warns
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Minister of Labour, Social Security, Agriculture and Fisheries Derrick Kellier says that his ministry is working on a land utilisation policy, which will protect arable, agricultural land from being used for other activities, including housing.
