Man appeals to judge, tells court devil 'bad mind' him
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Laughter erupted in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court after a man who is being treated for a mental condition told the judge in a letter, that the devil "bad mind" him and did not want him to prosper.
